Bailey Kopp is a licensed medical esthetician with over seven years of experience in medical and cosmetic skincare. She graduated from The Skin Institute in St. Louis, Missouri, in 2018 and began her career in a dermatology practice in Kansas City, where she had the opportunity to train and collaborate closely with three board-certified dermatologists. During her six years there, Bailey developed a deep understanding of skin health and found her true passion for clinical skincare.

After returning home to St. Louis, Bailey briefly transitioned into the medical spa industry to expand her aesthetic skill set. While that experience was valuable, it reaffirmed her love for the clinical and results-driven side of dermatology.

Bailey is excited to bring her expertise to Precision Skin Care and to be part of a team dedicated to advanced, evidence-based treatments. She prides herself on helping patients achieve their skincare goals through customized treatment plans, the latest technologies, and education-driven care.
